The Blind Man VS Talon Vance

(Blind man is listening to "You're better off dead" for the first 4:05 (minutes:seconds), or that is what is playing as theme music, you know, until it's over)
The nameless twins known only as the Blind Man and Gemini wander the wasteland that is their home aimlessly, miles from even the emptiest of ghost towns, let alone the (as close as it gets here) prosperous walled cities dotting the world here and there. In the left hand of the Blind Man was a Japanese curved sword which was extremely long for the style, and his blindfold (from which he gets his "name") is covering his eyes as always. Beside him walks his sister, technically a clone, with a sword swung over her back and a pair of handguns holstered just above her backside (I think that would be the backs of the hips).

Talon drove into the wasteland on a motorcycle, playing with his revolver with one hand and actually steering with the other, stopping it quickly and jumping off when he came across the two, seeming to teleport 10 feet forward. Holding his revolver in his left hand, he pulled his folding blade out of his coat, unfolding it into a shortsword. "So I get to fight a blind swordsman guy? Cool."

Gemini blinks, looking at Talon as if he were both insane and stupid at the same time. "Hey, for one, why would you want to fight, you don't even know who we are. For two, I suggest you just don't, okay. We will kill you (also, why do you only mention my brother? I'm here too)."
(I'm sorry, I don't think I can start without her getting that out, but I don't think I can have him stop her just yet either.)

Talon shrugged. "What else happens in this kind of place?" he asked, spinning his revolver slowly. "I never said it had to be to the death, just a fight," he said, still twirling the revolver. "Fights are always fun."

Gemini looks at Talon just like before, and it seems like she is about to say something, when Blind suddenly thrusts out his left arm, cutting her off before she can speak. It is clear from his demeanor that he wishes to go through with this fight, and that he doesn't want Gemini to interfere -unless he's about to die- (at least it is to someone who knows him like she does). Blind puts his arm down before Gemini says "Come on, are you sure you want to do this? Isn't not having to fight why we left the arena? And why alone? We always fight together." Blind then gives her a look like "Just sit back, this'll be over soon." or "Just let me handle this" or possibly "Just let me have this". He then walks forward, approaching Talon and stretching out his right hand, offering it for a handshake.

Talon walks up to him and takes the hand after sticking the handle of the sword in his mouth to hold it, shaking it. After they broke the shake, he held up his left hand, the symbol on the back of it flashing before he blinked backward, pulling the sword out of his mouth. "This is going to be fun!"

Blind nods his head lightly before getting into a battle stance, starting with a simple technique: the threat. He uses his (I think it's called speed break) whilst drawing his sword, appearing directly in front of Talon with his sword at his throat.

Talon looked to him as he put the sword to his throat. "Time, stop," he said in the magical language, then appeared behind him with his own sword to his neck. It was more of a counter-threat than anything. He then jumped back, firing his pistol at his opponent.

Blind, not sensing any killing intent behind the sword, does not move when he notices it. When Talon begins firing upon him he begins slicing the bullets in half just before they would hit him, hitting them with the back of the blade afterwards to completely divert them from a wounding path, through this he maintains a very simple set of movements, refraining from using much energy so that he could use more when he needed to.

Talon followed up the bullets with a very strong blast of wind, throwing his gun in the air before sending it out. It seemed to cast spells, he needed his left hand free, due to the symbol being a sort of magic focus. He sprinted forward right after catching the gun and holstering it, blinking in the air over Blind and swinging his sword downward.

Blind dodges Talon's wind blast with little to no trouble, and when he is swung at, he catches Talon's sword between his right thumb and forefinger, sheathing his sword just before. The whole time, his head is simply facing forward, not changing position at all, due to him not needing to keep his eyes on his opponent. His retaliatory action is to apply some force to the sword in the manner of a form of throw before grabbing his Blue Rose from inside his coat, aiming it at Talon and firing three times, emptying all six barrels.

Talon let go of the sword as it was thrown, landing on the ground right as his opponent fired the revolvers. He started with a slow time spell to pull the timing off, then stopped it entirely, the bullets stopping right before his face before he caught them, catching the bullets in his hand and unstopping time, dropping them on the ground before pulling his sword back to himself. He swung his sword at the bullets on the ground, flinging them back at Blind.

The bullets hit Blind and harmlessly bounce off, as without extreme super-human strength, one cannot accelerate a bullet to the speeds which would be required to do damage. One of them does hit his blindfold however, and actually seems to end up somewhat dented. Blind returns his gun to its resting place in his coat, and performs the vacuum blade technique which he taught to himself long ago, sending a crescent shaped vacuum at Talon with incredible speeds.

Talon blinked upward to avoid the vacuum attack, assuming it would be too fast to outrun, he fired his revolver downward. It was a rather powerful one, one with recoil that would probably break his wrist if it weren't for him using a spell to absorb the recoil. Which was why he only used it left handed.

The Blind Man uses his speed break technique, disappearing for a split second before reappearing behind Talon and using the vacuum blade from point blank.

Gemini, who is watching from below, blinks as Blind breaks behind the brainless wastelander and uses his vacuum blade from such close proximity. It's not as if it were dangerous to him (Blind), but why not just get closer and actually slash with the sword instead?

"Time, stop," Talon said in the magical language again right before he swung his blade, walking behind. "And now, time resumes," he said before his time stop wore off, firing his gun at his back.

When Talon disappears before Blind can swing his sword, which is incredibly impressive given the speeds which he has to slash to create the vacuum blade (as in, he would have had the blade back in its sheath by the time he reappeared most likely), he turns around
((wait a minute, before I complete this post, I want to point out that they are midair, how did Talon walk behind Blind?))

(I forgot about that. He can blink while time is stopped so let's just say he did that then unstopped time when he landed.)
Talon waved up to him when he turned around, blinking backwards and wiping his left hand along the blade of his sword, the symbol glowing on the back of his hand as the sword was coated in flame. "Let's keep this party going."

Blind then falls to the ground, hearing the flame as if it were right next to his ear. and supernaturally loud. He sheathes his sword once more and once again takes his gun out, but this time reloads the gun's chambers at super-speeds before firing, doing so again after three shots.

Talon watched him fire his gun at him, stopping time right before the bullets were going to hit him in the face. He sidestepped the bullets then smacked them to the ground with the flat of his blade. He pulled a bottle of glowing blue fluid out of his pocket to drink it, needing more energy to continue casting. He then unstopped time.

"This is getting really annoying, how is he teleporting around like that and predicting Brother's attacks?" Gemini says from the sidelines, beginning to get to the point where she might step in. But then, her brother didn't want her interfering in this fight, he had to have a reason, right?

Blind goes for something of a finishing move, Breaking to Talon's position and bringing his blade to bare just before he pulls out, slashing at him faster than the eye could see before resheathing his sword.

Talon slowed time right as he noticed him go for his Breaking motion, jumping up and attempting to knee him in the face while he was mid-break, which he knew would probably injure his knee badly, but he figured it would do just as much damage to him or at least really, really hurt. Plus he could heal.

Blind saw, or rather heard Talon moving as he attempted to jump up, and changed his destination point, choosing instead a place that was higher in the air. A more common way of saying it is to say that he jumped. While midair, and close to Talon, he unsheathes his sword faster than the eye can see (and since the eye takes in light at a rate faster than the human brain can process on its own, that means that the sword slash which is happening is VERY much faster than a human can process information), slashing at Talon while in close proximity.

(I'm not sure of how long the range would be, but I always felt time slowing would affect everything but Talon. Otherwise some areas would be at different times than others and everything would get messed up.)
Talon, having a feeling he would perform that quickdraw move again, slowed time yet another time to move out of the way. But he still got caught by it, slicing him badly in the side as his eyes widened. "Ah shit," he said as he grabbed the wound, the damage causing him to drop to the ground on his knees. He put his marked hand to his side to heal the damage, dropping his sword with the other hand. But grabbing his pistol stealthily.

Blind however, noticed him reaching for his gun immediately, hearing the sounds both directly, and hearing other sounds bouncing off his body in his radar/sonar type fashion. He uses his speed break, appearing directly in front of Talon with Blue Rose's twin barrels pressed against his forehead. It was as if he were saying "I suggest you don't" in a very violent manner.
