Demon fight in Makai City

"Demons. Fools." Sepulchre says under his breath, standing atop a building overlooking the populace of the Great Demon City in Makai. He begins gathering demonic energy, using Sepulchure as a focus, and fires it upon the monsters below, vaporizing those directly caught in the blast, and severely wounding those just outside of it's reach. He then unleashes his Spirit upon those left wounded, splitting it into dozens of Demon Beasts which feast upon the survivors, feeding their power into the one who slaughtered them.

Talon sighed and jumped out of the way of the way when the demon started to vaporize the demons around her, shedding her longcoat which gets incinerated by the blast, drawing her pistols from the inside pockets in the same motion. "Hey...I liked that coat," she said, pointing a pistol at the demon, spinning the other one in her other hand before pointing it at him too.

Sepulchre looks at the demon girl and does not even bother to laugh or sigh. He merely jumps down to street level and calls back his beasts, having consumed all the wounded already. He was not bound by a human form currently, and thus his hair flowed free and his body practically oozed demonic energy, though it was nothing compared to his unsealed potential (basically he has a burning black aura with a blood red outline, just like his hair, made of demonic energy), holding onto his shoulders by way of bite were two small Beasts, one arm each going over the shoulder and meeting just below his collar bone as the other grabs onto his chest. Their tails wrap around his chest, forming an X before winding around his arms in a spiral, the tips threading through the link that the chains on his shackles attach to. Sepulchre pulls Masamune from the mouth of the reformed full sized Beast, holding the the blade's scabbard in his left hand as he draws the blade with his right. "Come and fight if you wish. Your sins will come to bite you in this battle however." Sepulchre says, his voice echoing over itself, emanating innate magic as he speaks his involuntary tongue.
((sorry it took so long to get that out. I had to think of the right wording while dealing with my mother's leaving for work speech. wasn't easy.))

Talon smirked a bit, spinning her pistols and firing them at Sepulchre while he was in the middle of talking, the bullets charged with demonic energy due to her method of loading them. Which was conjuring bullets right when they fire. Considering they clearly had no way to actually load magazines inside, that was the only way to get such a gun design to work. Plus it prevented having them reversed on her during fights.

Sepulchre merely looked annoyed as Talon fired her guns at him, dodging those coming from the right gun as he casually sliced those coming out of the left with his blade, finishing his sentence before saying "You know, it's quite rude to interrupt someone while they're speaking. This is why I find demons so distasteful." Upon finishing with his words, Sepulchre slashes at Talon with Masamune, not even bothering to close the distance, and merely allowing the massive blast-wave of black and red demonic energy screaming through the air towards her do what was necessary. He follows this up with a small energy dart fired from his left forefinger, aimed at Talon's head.

Talon spins her pistols as she blocks the demon blade with them, the demonic metal they were made out of managing to hold up against the strike, before she dropping one into her pocket and conjured a greatsword into her right hand, jumping out of the air of the blast wave. She deflected the energy dart with her blade.

As Talon attempts to block the dart with her blade, Sepulchre makes a hand gesture and changes it's course, causing it to make several high angle turns, jerking around her blade and re-aiming at her midriff. He subsequently spreads his shadowy wings, launching himself into the air after her, sword at the ready.

Talon jumped away from the dart when she saw where it was going, putting her gun in her pocket and de-conjuring her blade, instead replacing it with numerous throwing knives, two between each finger. She tossed then right at him in waves, charging them with demonic flame. Right when they connected, if they did, they would dematerialize within seconds to maximize bleeding.

Sepulchre dodges not even one knife, all but one of them hitting nothing but the chains that bind and protect his body. The one that would hit him, instead passes through the void in his chest, coming out the other side less than before, and a million years older, it's flame absorbed harmlessly. "..." is all that comes from the direction of his mouth, the fact that not a one of the knives actually managed to cut him driving him to speechlessness. "I pity you." He finally says after several seconds of silence, launching a volley of energy darts Talon's way, merging them into one along the way, dramatically increasing it's size "監督の死の弾丸" coming from him as he launches the strike.
((that should be "bullet of directed death" but, I got it from google translate, so...yeah. no guarantees.))

Talon shrugged when the knives did nothing, forming them back into her greatsword and ramming the ground with them, sending wall of flame toward the energy blast, with another wall of flame coming up as a shield.

The large energy shot tunnels through the first flame wall with little effort, losing a small bit off it's total size, but nothing that would decrease how deadly the attack is. As the shot travels through the air and tunnels through the flame wall Sepulchre strafes around to the side, slashing at Talon from afar and sending another energy wave towards her as he continues to strafe around at high speed.

Talon digs her boots into the ground, holding tight as she shifts her sword into the form of a tower shield, blocking the blast. Despite the demonic plating, it did send cracks through it, but it mostly held up to the attack.

((okay, I'm mentioning this because you've done it twice now, but...You do realize that he's slashing at the air in the general direction of Talon, not getting in close and trying to cut her, right? Masamune is a long range weapon, not close range. the blast of energy, if used from close up, would deal massive back-lash damage to the attacker; it's only ever used from afar. in short: there is no slash for her to jump over to wait for the energy blast.))

(I do realize that, I figured it was some sort of sword beam, she's avoiding that attack. When I say avoiding the slash, I meant avoiding the slash attack's beam.)

((yeah, but then you have her avoid the blast, so what would the blast be?))
((EDIT: also, even with that in consideration (I think that's the right wording to use for this) the energy wave is continuous, like Ichigo's getsuga tensho, which to be honest, may have inspired it somewhat. so just jumping over it wouldn't work.))

As Talon digs in her heels to block his blade's strike Sepulchre ceases his strafing, flying low to the ground at high speed before jumping over Talon, turning mid-air and slashing down at her, landing behind her while the new blast was screaming down and sheathing his sword, having one of the beasts meld onto his right arm up to the elbow. His claws thus become more pronounced, and his elbow has tendrils of demonic energy, formed from the evil of the souls consumed by him and the beast whipping around, grabbing onto his upper arm occasionally. As this happens, Sepulchre says darkly "Hellfire blaze cannon" in high-demonic (a version of demonic spoken by royalty and those related to them, just takes a small conversion of his thinking, though I probably should have put that into the profile thingy to be honest), he follows this by warping his hand into the shape of Sepulchure's head, gathering demonic energy into it's mouth to charge up for a powerful attack, releasing a huge wave of concentrated destructive demonic energy at Talon just before the second masamune strike finishes.

Talon shifted her weapon back into blade form, which had a fractured, unstable look to it, but was slowly putting itself back together. Focusing more on evasion, she teleported 10 feet away in a flash of red energy, pulling her pistols and firing straight at the demon, shifting the bullets into blasts of explosive demon energy. Her eyes widened when she saw the blast of destructive energy fly straight at her, putting her pistols to her side and firing a powerful jet of flame from her hands in an attempt to cancel it out just a bit.

Sepulchre begins rubbing his right palm, feeling the backlash of using one of his most powerful abilities while his power was sealed, looking at Talon as if she was both crazy and stupid whilst she shot jets of flame at destructively charged demonic energy. However, not willing to take any chances, he summons up the binding chains, sending out shackle chains to bind her hand and foot, as well as blade ended chains to attack her.

Talon felt that she could at least survive the blast, but not a direct contact explosion from the demon. Seeing the chains, she wrapped her tail around the handle of her sword, shifting the grip into one that she could hold with it before slashing away the chains with it, focusing her hands on the explosion.

Seeing this, Sepulchre performed a similar action, one he had done many times up to this point: he formed the points/spikes that formed the tip of his tail into something akin to a third hand, forming three Sepulchure longswords (one for each limb capable of gripping the handle), rushing forward following the blast with intent to enter into a flurry of powerful strikes with his three blades.

Talon shifted her weapon back into a greatsword, gripping it with both hands as she swung it with demonic speed, blocking as many strikes as she could, feeling some of them contact her, swinging her boot right at his midsection.

As Talon swings her foot at him, Sepulchre drops the blade in his right hand, blocking Talon's kick with his hand, still engulfed by the sepulchral energies of one of his beast's clones. He then looks Talon straight in the eyes, gripping ever stronger with his hand as a magic circle engulfs his right eye, he then unleashes the full brunt of the Sepulchral eye directly at her stomach, not holding anything back, but still not intending to kill her.

Talon looks at him, seeing him charging a blast and deciding it wouldn't be a good move to be hit by that, jumping out of the way of the blast by kicking off his arm. In midair she fired her pistols down at him, firing explosive tipped rounds made from demonic energy.

((did you read the submission for him? that attack is...well. I can't explain it better than I did back there. He was intending to miss, he was more making a show of dominance at that point. He finds her interesting and feels she would be very useful in future endeavors, though he does feel a level of revulsion due to female based trauma, it takes a back seat to the logic he finds in possibly making her an ally...or servant (less likely that one))
